I am writing this as several of my private clients are also boarding their flights to meet me at our deep embodiment retreat in Costa Rica. 

I have been in the “being remade” mode the past several months and it has proven to be an exercise in learning to listen and embracing the concept of surrender - not an easy one for my type A personality self. 

I want to say thank you to those to trust the early side of the journey. I know you have not seen consistency here and I am also assessing the best way to deliver that to you in a world of too much technology overload. 

I am making a couple important modifications that give more space to communication without the need for another app. Look to your email shortly. 

meanwhile I am using the sanctuary space of the Pacific Ocean and the rapid activations that come from both leading a retreat but also embodying it to bring forward pieces of my big picture vision that been clarifying. 

Sometimes I feel like doing this too, but then I get ‘practical’…

What stops us, and why? Is it fear of the unknown? Being judged/criticized for it?
