A brief update! My first 3 days away from social media has been HIGHLY productive.
It's amazing what happens when that dopamine hit in social media goes out the window. More presence in the present moment.
The week ahead is a slow "vacation" week - we aren't going on a trip but we are creating some fun local "staycation" activities and I'm using it as a time to finally catch my breath so that I can curate prompts for this community, refine the calendar that is finally shaping out and create the space for invitation to the healer institute that has been downloaded in my guidance.

It’s wonderful to sometimes get away from all that noise. It is so sticky. 😂😂😂 I love when I have moments away from it where I can be grounded, feel the world around and the connection I have with it, let creativity flow, be open and curious about the things that show up with more awareness. Isn’t it wonderful?
